今回のコラムは西原が担当いたします。
今回はRの日常＜勉強会編＞についてです。
前日有志メンバーで勉強会を開催しました。
今回取り扱ったのは、
指導している各種目において、
上手く行った動作の修正方法や、
トレーニング中に感じた疑問点を
個々で取り上げ、メンバー全員にシェアをする会でした。
まずは実行委員長の大浦トレーナーの開催宣言の元
勉強会がスタートしました！！
「この種目のポイントは・・・・」
と片桐トレーナーの視点からのシェアであったり、
「チューブを使ってみると・・・」
実際に体験して良いものは真似をする！
よくR-ACADEMYでもお伝えしている言葉でいうと
「知って終わりではない
できて終わりでもない
目の前のクライアントを改善させてゴールである」
この言葉を元に日々クオリティアップをはかります。
次の勉強会も楽しみです！
